the bag is actually paper, not straw. I own a straw bag so I can tell the difference right away. also you can see the uncut lining on the outside so that's a lot of minuses as far as quality is concerned. the bag looks cute overall in terms of style but quality leaves to be desired. not sure how long this paper will last, it feels pretty fragile, you really have to keep it away from water otherwise it will just tear apart. I definitely feel duped with this purchase, it should cost way less than this
