We have a 7-day return policy, applicable only to items that arrive damaged or incorrect. This means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return if there is an issue.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must have arrived damaged or incorrect. You must provide a photo and description of the issue. The item should be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Starting a Return

If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds for approved returns are free of charge.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is damaged or incorrect, so we can resolve the issue.
Non-returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for perishable goods, custom or personalized items, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, sale items, or gift cards.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time. To receive a different item, you will need to place a new order.
European Union 14-day Cooling-off Period
If the order is shipped into the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return it within 14 days without reason. As with all returns, the item must be in the same condition, unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that bank or credit card processing may take additional time. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at support@emesahome.com.
