After reporting the issue within 3 days, our support team will review your case and guide you through the next steps.
We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size, personal preference, or delayed shipping.

🎥 Verification Required
To protect both our customers and our store, we require the following to process any refund or replacement:
- A short video clearly showing the damage or issue from different angles
- The video must include a handwritten note with your order number placed next to the product
- Photos alone are not sufficient without a video
If you cannot provide the requested evidence, we may ask you to return the product to us for inspection.

Depending on the case, we may offer:
