Item as described. The top piece with Velcro used for the sponge tips, is quite tight when putting on the wand, but can still be added and removed, just with more effort than the brush head.
Looks okay at flrst, but noticed all the soap had leaked out in 3-4 hours. Dob’t buy. It leaks.
