Since I "discovered" it, I thought it was very ingenious. I've always wanted to slice avocados very thin and regular (like I've seen done in some restaurants), however, I ended up making a mess and ended up preparing them in guacamole! ! !
I hope now I can do it right with this invention!! !

Works better than the plastic ones, although the green part doesn't really help with removing the seed. But the metal part works great, slices through the avocado cleanly.
